Buckets are used to group and store related data. Each bucket can contain a specific set of information that is relevant to a particular task or project. For example, one bucket might contain all the data related to customer support tickets, while another might hold marketing materials.

A copilot can be assigned to a specific bucket, meaning it will only access and use the data within that bucket. This allows you to control what information the copilot has access to, ensuring that it doesn’t mix or use data from unrelated sources.

Buckets can be connected to third-party data sources, such as Box or Zendesk. Once connected, the copilot can use the data from these sources to perform its tasks, but only within the confines of the designated bucket.

Access to data within a bucket can be restricted to certain users or groups. This means that only authorized individuals can interact with the data in a particular bucket, adding an additional layer of security.
